The cost of your accommodation includes:
• Beds made up for arrival.
• Bathroom linen.
• Cleaning (except the kitchen area and washing up) and a change of bed and household linen every 7th day.
• End-of-stay cleaning.
• A dishcloth.
Please note that for stays of 3 nights or less a daily cleaning service is included in the room rate. This is in addition to all the above services.

Cancellation policy
|
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 2 years per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.50 per person.
Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years.
Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years.
Parking: No parking available.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
